Very easy to install and use this pay as you go esim service. I've only used it so far in the UK, as a backup service for poor signal areas for my primary sim and it works very well. I have yet to try it overseas. I've just changed over to a new phone and the bcengi support team made the changeover fast and without trouble. Full marks there too.

Their chatbot to live customer support was a quick and seamless transfer. Once a live person was on chat, my issue (account update) was dealt with quickly and without fuss. Their service is great, and so is their suppprt.

I recently added a Bcengi eSim to my phone. I'm not a huge data user, but travel regularly with work to different locations. Bcengi worked a treat and I only pay for what I use. Clarice was extremely helpful when I contacted support regarding a connection issue I was having in Japan. I never had problems but in recent days, I could not connect. Clarice instructed me to make some adjustments and after trying for about 2 hours, I finally got connected. Clarice was prepared to escalate this issue to a higher level but things started working out just in time. Bcengi is awesome and will be getting ready to use it on an upcoming trip with stops in Taiwan and Korea. Thank you!
