Found the 6 tires i had been looking for at a discounted price plus a coupon code for another 10% off. A difficult to find size in a top flight brand and $40-$50 a tire below any other vendor. Shopped for a month for a dually that stays in the barn as a 3rd vehicle. When i entered the web page and saw the sale price i did not think twice. The site was very easy to navigate and the selection was great and so many actually “in stock”. I just knew the shipping would be the killer…. Shipping was free for 6 33” tires plus i did not have to enter a card because BB accepts Paypal. No regrets at all after buying a brand new $2,000 set of tires for less that $1500. Thank you very much!

Had a previous issue with the shipping of my order being canceled and not getting any information regarding it, however, my order was seemingly delayed a few days as it has been delivered. Will be installing soon and excited about the end result. Purchase and process was very easy and satisfying!

Very good company

I purchased 4 tires from BBwheels on may 27. On May 28th two tires arrived! They are great tires! Sunday no one was open and Monday was a holiday so Tuesday I call to find out about the other two tires. Was told they were held up in Alabama at Fed ex. Well here’s were the fun starts! We receive a call from a tire shop in Alabama stating my two tires were delivered to them! I call BB back and let them know my two tires are at a tire shop and we’re delivered there by fed ex. I am told they were going to contact fed ex and their manufacture and I would have a call back by the end of the day. Well didn’t get a call back so Wednesday my husband calls and gets the same story! Has to get a hold of FedEx and manufacture and would receive a call at 9 Thursday morning with a resolution! Fed ex did call Wednesday night and we gave them phone number and address to tire shop were my tires are sitting and they said they showed one tire was still at their fed ex shipping place in Alabama! No it’s not the guy called us and has both tires! Anyway, called back this morning (Thursday) and still same story! They have to get a hold of fed ex and manufacture again! I just want my tires! They need to resend my tires and fight with fed ex after! I have given them all info on where the tires are! We called the shop with my tires this am and he hasn’t heard from fed ex or bb and said my tires are still sitting there. I would go pick them up myself if it wasn’t a thousand miles from me! I’m not impressed at all with customer service as I have been told I would receive a call three times and haven’t received one call back and here it is almost a week later and still no resolution and no tires! The two Nitto low profile performance tires I Did receive are very nice but kinda useless as I need my other two! Have to purchase tires for my Dually and my horse trailer but will be looking else were to purchase those as I don’t want to deal with the hold ups! I have always had issues with fed ex and usually always ask things to be shipped via UPS! I know the wrong delivery is totally Fed Ex’s fault but I feel BB should just ship me two tires and work it out with Fed Ex. I should not have to wait when I have given them all info on getting the two tires and where they are! I have a vacation planned for 9 mo now and need these tires to go on our vacation! Please ship me my two tires so I can have them mounted so we can go on our vacation! I already had to cancel one appointment to have them mounted!
