Ordered 4 tires May 19th and I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived 2 days later. However, only 3 of the 4 wheels arrived. I have since tried 6 times to get an update and have only been replied to twice, with no answer. When I learned that I live only 1.5 hrs from their warehouse and asked if I can just go pick one up, they said no. When I asked if they can ship another one to replace it, they said no. They are waiting on FedEx to tell them it's lost when that's clearly the case and we are left waiting to use a vehicle. This would be a 1 star review if not for the initial fast delivery. Everything went downhill after that
