I have ordered tires online before from a much larger outfit so I was hesitant to order for a smaller online company I never heard of. Researched their about us profile and decided to give this family run business a try. I couldn’t be happier. Not only were my tires the best price online for the set of 4 I also received one year road side hazard assistance. The tires were shipped next day from California I received them in about 5 days in NJ. The tires were as promised and undamaged during shipment from fedex. A note on shipping: I actually called BB the day after I ordered the tires because Of my concern from the immediate emails I received about verifying fitment before mounting as I knew I ordered the correct size because the return policy and costs involved would have been irksome. I also was told they are a drop shipment facility so tires may come from different warehouses. The phone call reassured me I made the correct decision in choosing BBwheels. I was a pleasant conversation with total reassurance and a small business run friendly vibe. I knew then I wasn’t going to have a problem. Can’t wait to put on my new all season tires on my Porsche and getting the summer tires off in order to see how they feel and handle. Thanks BB wheels. No one relishes having to by new tires but you made it more palatable.

Selecting new wheels is a fun but tedious task! Finding the right set up while staying on budget, chasing deals, etc... After months of research I've selected a set of Verde Axis v99 for my Audi A5. Troy assisted me over the phone, verified the wheels were in stock, and that they could be delivered within a week. And they were! Arrived as planned via FedEx. At first, I was concerned they would arrive late since En route tracking wasn't showing any progress so I called BB Wheels and cs said they would check in it right away; called me back promptly to confirm they had left Verde. Very satisfied and would recommend this biz. Thanks!

After detailed discussion regarding fit and specifications, they sent me a wheel which does not fit my vehicle. Bad first impression but it gets WAY worse! They actually demanded that I send them photographic proof that it did not fit. So a lot of work had to be done all over again to be able to take photographs for them. They then had some kind of "review" process to determine that a 1 1/4 inch diameter lug nut will not fit in a 1 inch space!! They finally agreed to send me a return authorization code. I returned the wheel and after quite a long time, I received a PARTIAL refund. They actually charged me a 25% "re-stocking" fee. I emailed them about waiving the re-stocking fee but they did not respond. So, of course, I disputed the 25% re-stocking fee with my credit card company and the matter was immediately decided in my favor. My message to you is: DO NOT DEAL WITH BBWHEELS. HORRIBLE!!!
