Great experience. Delivered faster than expected! Tires were hard to find due to supply chain and these were manufactured only a couple of months ago. Brand new. I was warned about old tires so that was great! Price was also fantastic!

They refused to change a shipping address for me or remove the required signature claiming some bs shipping policy and fed ex won’t change it because of how BB wheels shipped it. More time and headache because they are lazy basically. They also send you and email to review saying your feedback is important and I left a two star explaining their crap shipping policy and it disappeared off the site within hours… shady, Only five star reviews accepted apparently. If you want customer service and no bs spend the extra 5 bucks a wheel somewhere else. Appreciate the reply but is it part of your shipping policy to not change the address if the customer requests it so the package arrives somewhere I can actually sign for it? Because you weren’t willing to do that either as mentioned above. It just doesn’t make sense you care more about your own odd rules than the customer. Any other company would have done this for someone who as you said placed an expensive order. But no you chose to make it a pain and not put forth any time or effort to help a customer but will spend plenty of time replying to reviews or deleting them from your own website. Also heads up the different delivery from billing address option on your mobile site does not work which makes this all more annoying and frustrating.

Robert, We are sorry to hear your experience so far has been below average. We unfortunately are unable to change delivery address or remove signatures due to the nature of how expensive your order is. This was agreed upon at the time of your purchase as well that any orders over $75 are subject to a signature. Please rest assure FedEx will make multiple delivery attempts for you as well. Thank you, BB Wheels

I will write more after I see how long it will take for my tires to get shipped. Other than that my experience online was great! :)

I enjoyed speaking with the sales person when I called to order the Aries Grille Guard. He was knowledgeable and and related a funny story when I drew a blank for my zip code. The price of the grille guard was affordable and less than other sites. It also came within several days instead of the 7-10 standard shipping days. I am very satisfied with my experience with BB Wheels-that I will refer others here as well (already told my son about it).
