Good company and website that made the purchasing experience easy. Great communication post-sale, and quick replies from customer service when I asked questions related to the product. One answer wasn't very helpful, but when communicating via email some clarity can be missed. Therefor, chatting with reps on the phone is recommended as they're friendly and easy to get in touch with! All in all, would definitely shop at bbqsgrills.com again.

BBQSGRILLS’s technical information about the part ordered was accurate. Prompt and accurate information was supplied by email for order acknowledgement and the fulfillment process. And delivery was fast.

Easy and convenient to order and it arrived quickly. The only downside was that what I ordered was quite expensive so I wish the delivery fee would have been free.

I made a mistake ordering some parts, and the customer support mentioned the parts were discontinued; the return policy fees are 35% for restocking (really?) plus the delivery (no refund). unfortunately, a very frustrating experience for me.
