I ordered a pull out trash bin in stainless steel for my outdoor kitchen. The website said it was in-stock and it shipped right away. I wasn't in a hurry to receive it, but when it showed up a few days later, I was surprised how fast it was. I haven't installed it yet or removed the protective film, but I unboxed it and checked that it's operational. Everything looks good.

I purchased one of their "Warehouse Deal" which was a grill with a VERY minor (less than 1 inch) scratch on it. It was almost 30% off just because of the scratch. They used a great delivery company to ship it and they rolled the pallet down the driveway and into my garage. I've put it all together and it is just great! I'm very happy with their honesty with regards to the "damage", their discounting (which was huge) and their service.
