Super easy to find what I was looking for- arrived in a timely manner. Would definitely shop here again!

Easy online shopping experience. Shipping speed was excellent.

Shipping was fast! It was great to order the correct brand grill accessory without worrying if it would be a "generic" version of what I wanted. Husband was super happy with his birthday gift.

I got what I ordered real quick, but it was bent during shipment. I decided to straighten it and use it instead of spending money to return it. It is pretty cheap, so not a big loss if it doesn’t work. The cardboard box it shipped in was real flimsy, so no surprise it was crushed by a delivery person that couldn’t care less.

Good prices, prompt shipping of Broil King replacement parts. However, E-mail advertising intensity post purchace was excessive/annoying.

I LOVE my new fire logs. Everything fit perfectly. The gas company was wonderful in setting everything up. I recommend BBQ Guys for a very reasonably priced, quality product.

There were some missing parts in my order. The seller went above and beyond to correct the issue. I wish every business valued customers like they do.

Ordered the Weber Master Touch 22” Deep Ocean Blue. Just in time for Autumn grilling and tailgating. Ordered this model to utilize the Weber Gourmet BBQ System. My purchasing experience with BBQ Guys was seamless from start to finish. I will use their services as needed in the future.
