I ordered several items and they arrived quickly. Everything was in great shape and products were as ordered. Good service..

Bad customer service had to send pictures of damaged bowl on Kamari Joe ceramic bbq pit. Had to send several pictures of package. Damaged bowl, several photos of the box etc. Told them I would not open box until new bowl was going to be shipped. Fed-ex said it was not there problem got tired of the excuses and shipped back at my cost. Never again pitiful customer service.

Ceramic grill arrived completely destroyed. They will not warranty or replace. Complete runaround for weeks. But anywhere but from them. Read the reviews. Wish I did first.

Terrible company. Shipped a damaged grill and other than me sending the same damage photos along with the serial number in a photo to convince them it is their grill I have gotten no place. Reported the transactions as fraud.

Love bbq guys from there staff in sales to Deval in the support team they are always happy and willing to help you with and questions or problems you may have if I could give the 100 stars I would …. And to speak about there design team ,Michael one of the designer there that made my outdoor kitchen a dream come True …thank you BBQ Guys for all you help and support truly RV

I've completed a couple orders now with and can say that they have great customer service and fast fulfillment. Products as described. Building an outdoor kitchen is hard and they spent lots of time explaining different questions I had. I would buy from them again.
