Barajas Garden Services has been a wonderful gardening service. I have worked with them for almost 20 years. They are reliable, friendly and efficient. They are very knowledgeable about trees and plants and their sustainability and suitability to the land. They can also do other types of work like fencing and retaining walls. They also have great integrity when it comes to cost. I highly recommend them.

Vermont Country store first of all canceled my order because my mailing address did not match the credit card address. Once I cleared that up for my queen sheet set, they sent a KING size set with no return label. The person on the telephone had a difficult time understanding that the enclosed order said QUEEN, but the packaging label on the sheet set said KING. He kept asking how did I know. He also could not believe there was no return label included - I shook the box for him to hear nothing falling out. No apology or free sheet set for me - wait for the mailing label and give it to the mailman. I have a strong feeling it will get lost in return.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY TYPE OF WORK FOR YOU. THEY HAVE 3 SEPERATE NAMED BUSINESSES. I WISH WE HAD CHECKED THE BBB SITE 1ST BEFORE HIRING THEM. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED TO US. We are a 55+ mobile home park. We hired Mike Kelly owner of Point West Construction out of Tamper Florida to do a drainage issue we had around one of our residents mobile home. It took months to get the quote. He said it was a 4-5 day job. The price was just under $5,000 and they require half up front. We gave them the half upon signing the contract. They never showed. Finally, after months and several phone calls, they send out 2 young men, who dug a few holes then left. Again, we had to make several calls to get them back. They send out a couple more young men. They dug 2 trenches and left. Never put-up caution tape or any kind of warning barrier. They were not following the blueprints that Mike provided with the contract. We haven't seen them again. They have their phone go to voice mail and never return calls. Mike Kelly of Point West Construction out of Tamper Florida is an outright crook. They will have to screw him in the ground when he dies, he's that crooked.

Three issues, 1. Took the car in for a recall, while there the serviceman scratched the hood of the car. I complained and they said to bring it back in to have it repaired. They took a brush and dappled paint onto the scratch. It looked like a young child had painted it, I refused to accept the repair, so they said to bring it in to have their guy repaint the hood. Two days later after leaving the car I call to check on the status and find that the detail crew was going to "set up" plastic to spray the area. I had to demand they do it professionally and have it done properly in a paint booth by a professional automotive painter. Eight days later I finally get the car back. Eleven days without the car and no car was provided for the inconvenience. 2. I purchased the Roger Beasley plan for oil changes and state inspections. They told me that the oil changes could be performed at the Roger Beasley Georgetown location. I took to Georgetown for the oil change and after about 50 miles driven, the check engine light and oil pressure light illuminates. I immediately stop. I called the Georgetown dealership and told them about the issue. They denied that they would have done anything that might have caused the issue. I had the car towed to Round Rock Hyundai and the service department there found that the Georgetown had installed the wrong oil filter. Fortunately, the Round Rock Hyundai wrote up a report about what they found, and Roger Beasley refunded my cost to Round Rock Hyundai. They were unable to determine if any damage had been done by not having the proper uniquely designed oil filter. Obviously, the service department doesn't pay attention to what they are doing, and the service manager doesn't oversee the training and quality of service. 3. While purchasing a 2016 Sante Fe the salesman told us that all navigation updates are available online free of charge or bring the car in and they will update it for free. I find out that it's not available to update online and that I had to purchase it from Hyundai. I called the dealer, He refused to honor the salesman's commitment to update the system because it's 6 years old. Well, that's why we update, to keep things current. He said they wouldn't honor because the salesman was no longer there and wanted it in writing the promise he made. I said I'd pay the $25.00 cost for a new SD card, but the $18.00 shipping was out of line. They could order it and have it shipped to them as a normal delivery. The manager refused. I love my Hyundai but stay away from Roger Beasley!!

Lonestar Transfer Company was very helpful getting me out of my TIMESHARES I had several and I signed a contract with them in Feb or March 2021. They were DEED FREE ( deeds were out of my name ) befoer Jan. 2022. They were very professional and kept in contact with me throughout the process. I had tried many others over the last 4 years and they just took my money and I never heard from them again, from trying to sell them even rent them and the other businesses just took my money and ran. I can finally relax and not have to burden my kids with the taxes and maintenance fees that were attached to the timeshares,for there are no more timeshares in my name and thanks to Lonestar Transfer I can rest in peace. The BBB isn't to be trusted, period. First off 'Accreditation' is nothing more than a $45 a month service a business pays for. Accreditation is not something a business EARNS it is something they BUY. It in no way measures how reliable a business is and in many cases the company can advertise things like LICENSED AND INSURED and even if they are not the BBB will allow them to continue to advertise they are, lie and have ads full of misinformation and the BBB does NOTHING. Trust me I know I was an accredited business for six years until I realized how worthless the BBB really is. They have no legal power, cannot make a business do a single thing and I have also witnessed how utterly easy it is for a business to leave itself totally fake reviews on the BBB website and they approve every single one. In all honesty as far as I see you can be a completely illegitimate business, have no insurance or business license but tell people you do and leave yourself fake reviews all day long... which makes be wonder where the trust actually is? But.. they had no problem complaining about me using a logo I got FROM THE BBB ITSELF that says BBB A+ rated (which we are) and threatened to go after us for copyright infringement. To be honest it was an absolute pleasure to remove their logo and in days I guarantee I get another email asking me if I'd like to purchase rights to use their logo again. That answer is a resounding NO. Do not trust the BBB. Do not trust their reviews. Do not trust their ratings. It's all BS.
