I have contacted BBB several times for issues dealing with property and home warranty company. They are very helpful as once the complaint is filed, the business has 48 hours to respond to the complaint or they could receive a negative report from the BBB. I have had great results from working with the BBB and my issues were solved favorably.

I had a problem getting a refund from a third party passport company that looked like a government contractor… it was not. They asked for a $200 + fee and then you filled out the form finding out there was another $ 230 fee. When I downloaded the form to review it I cancelled the process. I was told I did not get a refund because I downloaded the form. The BBB got me a refund in a few days!!!!

Quality craftsman Have to tell you that I had people working on my bathroom and they were exceptional ,professional , caring and kind . Poly and Diosnel were very awesome! Thank you for making me happy !
