BBB failed to address and resolve a complaint with one of their A rated companies.They tend to favor the company against the customer. The company in question damaged my property, acknowledged the damage and is constantly finding reasons to delay the repairs or financial retribution. BBB decided unilaterally that the complaint I made is closed, before any resolution was achieved. This is the third time when BBB is letting me down. Select based on other resources: BBB is not worth spending time on. Their ratings are not based on facts!

BBB is a scam that sounds good they just collect money for hit that just another newspaper magazine they sell ads and that’s their business

I've been observing BBB for a long time and found that this site is just for show, It's loosing it's respect and are taking not action against bad companies.

I sought the assistance of BBB in resolving a dispute with a vendor which was a booking agent for a service that we provide. The booking agent mishandled a customer's request to cancel a service and the customer out of frustration in-effect cancelled the service by reversing his credit card payment. The vendor deflected responsibility for the problem by blaming the credit card company. Although I made it very clear to BBB that my complaint was with the vendor and that the credit card company was incidental, and although I provided voluminous correspondence in which the vendor admitted to mishandling the customer's request, BBB supported the vendor's assertion that my complaint was with the credit card company rather than with the vendor. Neither the customer nor the credit card company was at fault and I made that very clear. It is common for companies to finger-point when complaints arise and I thought BBB was sophisticated enough to understand this and to evaluate the evidence to determine where fault lies but, at least in this case (#12240385), I was mistaken.
