The customer service agent, Kieran, understood my concerns about the sequence of calls from the dispatch service and addressed them by correcting the phone numbers in the files and by emailing me the corrections that were made. He was friendly, compassionate, and considerate.

Derek was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions and make sure that I understood what he was doing.

Very nice people and helpful for our needs

The salesman promises much, but once you subscribe, the company under-delivers. Works great if you never hit the help button. They use outdated electronics that degrade their services, and their operators are overworked and under-supervised. They use direct cellular communication only, when TCP/IP, (where the monitoring hardware can connect to an individual's network) has been available for over 40 years. Their main connection unit is cheaply made with poor speakers that garble communication. Their operators take very long to answer, and when they do they speak very fast even if there is a note right in front of them to speak very slowly so a 92 year old can understand what they are saying. They likely speak fast because they are rated on how fast they dispose of phone calls. In short, there are likely not enough operators to handle the call load. All of this comes down to money.
