Been with Bay Alart for five years and every step has been amazing. Mom feels safer wearing her devices and the GPS gives us peace of mind that she can get help wherever she is. Derik helped me today test her current devices and we grabbed their new wall buttons to put around the house, in the shower and other areas for when she might have forgotten to wear her button. We all get a call if mom hits her alert button. This alert system has allowed our 88 year old mom to live independently but safely.

This was my first use of the transmitter, because we finally activated the system. Customer service representative chris was remarkable. His instructions were simple and he spoke slowly enough that I could understand. Step by step, we walked through testing the device in different parts of our residence. Before we started, he confirmed, we heard the authorized users. As we tested each device, he demonstrated patience when the people were talking through the transmitter to me. I even interrupted him twice, and he was courteous.Enough to let me finish, which is a rare gift indeed.
