Phone Technician are very patient and accommodating.

Patient and helpful. Great customer service.

Very helpful and answered all questions. Went above and beyond to assist. Thank you!

The Bay Alarm representative called me because I had changed my credit card number and forgot to notify them, so they could not process my automatic payment payment. I gave them the new credit card number. During the process the representative updated all my information on who to call in case of emergency. I live in Florida and Virginia at different times of the year, so this update gave me peace of mind.

Chres helped me set up my system. He did a great job!

Customer service was fabulous! Easy to use. I felt at ease, knowing my mother had this for the times I wasn’t home. The necklace could use a little improvement very sensitive went off a few times. And watch band kept falling off as far as customer service and the service of having the alarm those were fabulous.
