Pria was very helpful, I could understand her, and she confirmed that I should call before 6/9 with new credit card info.

Jason was very helpful, he helped me get my husband’s account and everything set up. He was very helpful and walked me thru everything without any issues. He helped me feel more comfortable having everything set in case of an emergency.

The rep was very pleasant but it was hard to understand her a little. May have been the connection. She also spoke very fast but she was courteous

SERVICE they proactively reach out if they believe you aren't using device right. Great device selection. EASY to setup and use. Great reporting to care givers, CLEAR, complete down to location. Excellent pricing.

I got tired of the key fob being activated when it was gently touched. So I called yet again and told them. A few days later I had just gone to bed, NO alarm or call but I suddenly noticed I had received a call from the fire department saying they were on their way after receiving a call from Bay Alarm! I cancelled and next day called them to CANCEL the service. I got a pretty hard sell from the agent wanting to reset and test but I told her AGAIN I wanted to CANCEL. She then wanted to know who would I be having to replace their service. None of your damn business! I sent it back as instructed, 10 days later I get a message from them asking me to test the system! Then I get a call from one of my emergency contacts saying Bay Alarm had called her to check on me. I called BA AGAIN and was told I had never cancelled the service. Lie, glad I recorded the call when I cancelled! I think this company is a mess and invasive with their behavior. I do NOT TRUST them! Good riddance, I’ll be checking to make sure they don’t charge my card in the future.
