Great customer service

Customer Service rep was thorough, polite, and informative. He handled my concern immediately.

Kal on phone was very helpful and patient. We called about needing some guidance on setting up and verifying the information online.

Eric gave great customer service during a trying time. The cancellation process was simple, and explained very well.

The response from a button getting pushed was immediate. I was always able to explain it was an accidental push. One time the device sent an alarm but I was only sitting at the table talking to my nurse aid, so I'm not sure why it sent an alert. The location for the device was off by an entire street behind our backyard. The wristband began to cause an allergic reaction while wearing it. Overall, I had no problems using it.

This company is very helpful, easy to talk to, easy to get a representative on the phone to answer a question, and very responsive when the alarm goes off, which thankfully has not been often. Highly recommend.
