We used Bay Alarm Medical for our mother. It was a great comfort for her and us to know that help was just a shout or button press away. We had a good experience with this company. Whenever I had a question they would answer it clearly and quickly. The equipment worked well.

I called and asked for step-by-step instructions on setting up and using my device. I took four pages of notes while customer service guided me. We also reset it and tested it. He was so gracious in answering all my numerous questions. I feel more confident now and appreciate his patience and understanding.

I have been with Bay alarm medical for three years now and highly recommend them. Whenever I have needed assistance, they have provided it promptly and remained on the phone with me until help arrived. Their customer service is exceptional and works quickly to resolve problems. I would like to highlight the experience I had this week with Vivian when I contacted them because my alarm pendant would not charge. She exhausted the things she could do, without success, and told me she would contact the manufacturer to see if there were other approaches that could be tried. It was getting late in the day, but she promised she would get back to me before she left – and she was true to her word. The bad news was that nothing was going to fix the problem, and the device needed to be replaced. Vivian was very helpful in deciding which device would best meet my needs and arranging to get it to me quickly. Even though it was the end of the day yesterday when we spoke, I received an email today that the device had been shipped! I couldn't ask for better customer service.
