So far they have been very responsive. No emergencies, just a couple of equipment tests and one call resulting from putting the device down too hard and pressing the button in error. The response was fast and very professional. Needed a little help setting the equipment up but the support people walked us through it and even called back when the call was dropped by mistake.

We haven’t had this long but so far it has been very comforting to my husband, he accidentally hit the button o e night and they called immediately. So far very pleased.

Arrival of equipment was not received in the express shipping. The firm did not want to work with me on partial payment. Extremely disappointing. Had hoped that they would understand the amount paid verses delivery.

Got Bay alarm for my Mom a couple weeks ago. Fall detection did not work and they sent me one right out. So far everyone has been helpful and seems to work as advertised.

Excellent company! Easy and Professional set up. Response to emergency is quick and the agents are polite. I would highly recommend them.

My system is all connected now. It was a little more complicated than I thought, but, I had some help in setting it up. All is well. Thankfully, I have not had to use it yet.
