I appreciate the company and its work ethic. My mom has had the system for years and we have had to use it a few times. I think it is worth so much to have that security to reach out for help with the push of a button. They keep us up to date on the system and hardware. The cost per year for the level of service that feel talored made to our needs is exceptional. Other systems tried to sell us so much more that we needed and the basic need for in home button access to 911 was out of our reach financially. Bay Alarm Medical made it possible and continues to do so, to allow our family peace of mind when one of cannot be at the house with mom. It has also helped those in the house that do live with her have peace of mind, that it is extremely simple to get help when needed.
