Your staff was great through the process of ordering the equipment. Unfortunately my sister is not able to stay in her home and will be going to an Assisted Living facility.

Customer service was very courteous, patient, and helpful.

Bay Alarm called me directly when I was in an area that couldn’t reach my alarm. It wasn’t that long but for them yo call me after a few minutes of lost signal, surprised me. They did a wonderful job even though I didn’t need their services. 5 Stars PC

The person I spoke with was hard to understand. The explanation was incorrect as to where the buttons were. Love the responsiveness of Bay Alarm. Easy to work with, but need better English speakers on the helpline.

ALL of my questions were answered. When I needed help with my device, there was someone to help. BEST of all, when I tested my device, I got a very fast response plus a phone call to verify whether I needed help or not and the representative that called was very polite. This company was recommended to me by a neighbor. I'm truly glad that I looked into it.
