I had a beeping sound that I thought was coming from the emergency device. Called Bay Alarm Medical. They were very helpful in finding a solution. Turns out that it was my Alarm clock.

Technical support agent immediately understood my problem and immediately preceeded with the solution. In addition to being technically proficient and professional the BAM TEC representative was friendly and understanding. Great
