The representative was very patient and polite. He was brief but conveyed compassion.

Bay Alarm made my Dad living by himself a possibility and had the best customer service when it came to him, and notifying me when needed.

The representative answered all my questions. What I needed done was addressed quickly, professionally and with a friendly demeanor.

First person was very difficult to understand! But then I asked to be switched to Billing and she was much easier to understand and walked me through resetting the device and also able to properly explain all the charges on my statement.

The representatives I worked with were helpful and courteous. It just took several calls to finally resolve my issues.
