All employees are diligent and professional, and I thank you. My only complaint is the testing. I called Bay Alarm immediately after I got a voice message today. The call back folks were fine, but not in sync with the device check folks. I triggered the device check while still on the line with Bay Alarm. Everything was fine. I asked if they were going to contact my sister, and was told no. But she got called. Also I get different answers on how often I should test. I've been told every two weeks or every month. This is meant to be a positive review.

Prompt response. Annie was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
