Chris was very courteous, helpful and thorough. He got my payment information and then showed me how to test the system. I was very impressed. He made me feel that he really cared that we were getting the most protection from our system. I really appreciated it!

Bay Alarm Medical has been wonderful to work with. They are easy to get a hold of and very responsive to any questions or issues. And when the service was no longer needed, it was handled quickly, easily and professionally.

I called at 9 pm Eastern on Friday to change the protected location on my account and update other information on my account. I was thrilled to reach a real person willing to do that administrative task at MY convenience! As I later learned he is Indian with nearly flawless American English so our communication was great. I had assumed he was in the U.S. until I thanked him for being willing to work so late on a Friday and he replied he was in India so it was morning for him! During the call I was online in the BayAlarm customer portal so I could quickly spot the incorrect items that needed to be changed. He changed it as I spoke until everything was up to date Then I was able to accept the changes with my digital signature. That was a great example of maintaining global data integrity AND customer service the way it should be-- as long as the Indian staff are fairly paid, of course!

Bay Alarm always dependable. Bay Alarm notified me that they were receiving a signal that the battery in one of my alert buttons needed to be replaced. They promptly sent me a replacement battery wth a screwdriver and instructions. I really appreciated the issue being quickly resolved and corrected.
