Sammy was my customer service representative. She was extremely polite, patient and helpful. Thank you!

Your service has been very helpful. Speaking with customer service today they were very polite and helpful also. I can highly recommend your service.

Since I have my watch and charger less than one year I should not have had to pay for shipping of a new charger.

Samantha was friendly and helpful.

Called to verify billing payment, as the billing address on credit card for autopay had changed. Wait time for customer service was reasonable, and the representative, Ben, was very efficient and helpful to address my questions.

Sammy was patient knew what was wrong understood my concern had me test all my devises

Very well informed, competent service person Sunny.

I was helping my sister set up her Bay Alarm system for the first time. Some things were confusing. My sister & I are technically challenged at times. I called Bay Alarm & spoke to Jason in Tech Support. He was so helpful in answering questions and patient in his explanations. We got everything set up & tested.
