Order wouldn’t get here so customer service (renn) quickly fixed the issued and easily gave a refund

Wonderful Customer Service!! I emailed after placing an order because I wanted to add another item. Turns out CS cant alter an order after it’s been placed but Chani was SO incredibly sweet and helpful! She immediately refunded the shipping once I placed the additional order. The entire situation was addressed and resolved in under 15 mins. Outstanding!!!
