Buyer beware!!! They have the worst customer service ever. I ordered 3 bracelets on December 12. I only received 2 before Christmas. I was guaranteed these items to arrive. I emailed the week before Christmas asking about the remaining item since they had not contacted me regarding the delay of the item. I was told it was back ordered. I followed up on Friday and was told it’s still on back order and will ship once in stock. I asked if there was a substitution they could provide and was told they don’t do that. Now I received email saying they canceled my order and refunded me. I think they didn’t intend to sell the Carly bracelet for $10 so they cancel the order. Every response I got from them was very vague. Don’t waste your time cause you will be disappointed

I ordered a phone case on 11/29. I received an order confirmation email shortly after. The same email advised I would receive shipping confirmation in 2-4 days. My card was charged $69 and change. No email regarding shipping has been received. The only emails are relentless barrage of sales offers. Still no phone case or email explaining the delay.

I ordered a Christmas present for my wife on November 29th. I received my first notification that it’s awaiting a shipping label on December 24th. What a joke.

I ordered a Christmas present from an in stock item, and paid extra for 2 day shipping. After 5 days I noticed it had not arrived, and went to track the shipping and found that baublebar canceled the order and did not refund my order. It’s Christmas Eve and I have no gift for my wife. I reached out to customer service and got a form letter email apologizing and a promise for a refund in several days. There was no attempt to tell me I wasn’t going to get it. No attempt to get me to choose a different gift to ensure I had a present. Now after complaining I have received three marketing emails in as many hours suggesting I purchase the jewelry I already purchased but it is waitlisted. I’m just sad I couldn’t get my wife a nice surprise.

Bracelets tarnish in a week even with proper care- DO NOT PURCHASE

They claimed that an order of two chain necklaces and 6 separate charms was “custom” even though there is not additional work besides throwing an object in a box. This was they could wait 3 weeks to ship so I won’t receive by Christmas even though it was ordered over 2 weeks before Christmas. This was not clearly explained on their website and not something you would expect with something that is not “custom”.

Site says “custom” jewelry shipped in 3 weeks. Order placed well over 3 weeks before Christmas. Emailed customer service to ask for shipping info. Response was “Since your custom item is made to order, this requires 4 weeks of production time before it ships. This means you'll receive a shipping confirmation around 1/3/25. If you have any other questions about this, please let me know.“ Not sure if they have to mine the gold to make the charms to send the product unassembled or..?

I placed an order for a few necklaces and needed to correct a spelling. When placing the order I saw noted it wouldn’t ship for a few weeks. I’ve contacted them a few times to ask to correct the order and they refuse to change anything. Just a standard “thanks for reaching out…”. Kinda ridiculous to not change it. And to act like it’s so custom when you’re talking about letters they mass produce. This is amateur hour.
