I ordered a phone case in November, which it is now late January, and I still have not received any updates. I emailed them multiple times for a refund because I spent $70 on my phone case and the only response I got was in late December saying sorry about the inconvenience and they are still working on it. On the website it states it takes 5-7 days for shipping and it has been almost THREE Months.

Ordered NFL logo charm from Baublebar as Christmas gift on 12/5 with expedited shipping. 1/9/25 five weeks later and charm has still not arrived. Customer service says charm is “custom” (?) so takes longer, apparently there was fine print on order somewhere warning me of this. So no gift for my person, not returnable, a big bummer.

I ordered a custom letter necklace. Three letter charms on a chain. I ordered at the end of November. The same day, I ordered a more involved custom ring from another jewelry company, a piece that needed to be soldered/welded/whatever with two specific names. My custom ring from the other company arrived promptly the first week of December, and is a well-made piece that's been on my finger every day since. My BaubleBar necklace still hadn't been shipped well into December, and it finally arrived on the 17th. I could not believe that the ACTUAL custom piece from the other company came so quickly, and it took BaubleBar weeks to string 3 charms onto a necklace. When I emailed them asking for a turnaround time, they reminded me it was a "custom piece". Snort. It was gobsmacking. As soon as I got it, I shipped the necklace - a Christmas gift - to my recipient, but of course, the parcel got delayed in holiday mail and my recipient didn't get to open her present until after the new year. The other reviews here indicate poor quality of some items. While I thought the gift I purchased was lovely and I would have worn a similar piece myself, I will never know how it holds up. I hope my gift doesn't tarnish or break. I also was surprised by the lack of nice presentation. The necklace arrived in a plastic ziptop bag. I was expecting a gift box or at least a little velvet drawstring bag - nope! I will never order from BaubleBar again.

Absolutely atrocious company with horrible quality products and service. Every order and experience I’ve had with them has gone wrong. All of the 18k gold dainty bracelets I’ve bought broke after 1 month. Also waited one month to tell me my custom order was out of stock and now I won’t have it in time for a birthday gift. They only realized it was “out of stock” because I reached out asking where the item is. They have zero accountability for orders that are placed and will leave you charged hundreds of dollars for an item they never even intend to ship. Absolute scam and will not give them a third chance with ordering. So disappointed.

It has been 3 weeks and I have not received any shipping information to my order. It was meant as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and now it’s January 9th, still no gift. They briefly discuss the shipping situation but drastically underestimate their actual shipping process. Since it hasn’t been shipped yet, I wanted to cancel the order. But since this is a “custom piece” the order cannot be cancelled. The necklace I purchased was the bubble letter necklace with a single letter on it, respectfully how is this a custom necklace. And how on earth does it take 3+ weeks to ship it out. This jewelry is the same quality as target jewelry and I highly recommend you don’t make the same mistake I did.

I purchased 2 bracelets from this company. Both of the clasps on the bracelets are broken. I tried to print a return label online and was prompted to upload photos of both bracelets. The website would not accept the photos and I received an error message when trying to upload them. I contacted the company via email and received a generic reply. I have since tried contacting them on two other occasions via email, since they do not have a phone number, and no one is responding to me. I now have to file a dispute with my credit card to get my money back.

Horrible product. Sent an email that my jewelry tarnished within 3 days and the person that emailed back was no help at all. I responded back and still have not heard anything. The jewelry is junk

I ordered two necklaces and two bracelets for a Black Friday sale. With the price, I should have expected the low quality but have been completely disappointed. The “T” necklace I ordered for my teenage daughter looked like a phallic male body part. The two bracelets were so cheap that after two wears, both broke. Out of the four items, three have been submitted for returns in less than one week.
