I'd give 0 stars for experience and terrible customer service. What a waste of money, and it's not cheap!

Never recieved my order, no tracking number, still not here, doubled the estimated time, its a charm with paracord costing 50 dollars this is a total scam and ripoff avoid at all cost, they have a number that wont recieve calls, scam, bogas, fraud. Ordered June 28, its July 11, its a braclet and they said 5-7 days delivery, sure.

A diamond in my bracelet I just ordered already came out. I contacted their customer service, more like their help email and have heard silence since then. How is this quality jewelry if it is missing a diamond? And is this how customer service for this company is? Leaves you on read. I’ll tie my money to kendra since I’ve had plenty of good experiences from them. Bye Felicia!

I ordered two custom bracelets for mother's day. I made a mistake with the spelling on one bracelet but noticed it immediately after placing the order. I contacted customer service within minutes of placing the order. The emailed me saying they would contact operations and ask them to cancel the order so I can place the correct order. they emailed me after a couple ays and told me that unfortunately they couldn't do anything. Really disappointing and I will not be supporting this business again. I have even a repeat customer but not anymore.

I've gone through THREE of their tennis bracelets. The first two were square shaped studs and the studs immediately fell out (they sent the second one free after I complained - it had been a month). When the same thing happened to the second, I tried the circular studs. This time the bracelet lasted long enough - a whole 4 months - for the entire thing to rust. See photos. It was so brown and rusted I couldn't even close the clamp.

Well meaning customer service but useless in the end. Order was returned twice because they mislabeled it. Yes got a refund but not enough

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Something is really wrong with this company. it’s unlike any other company i’ve ever purchased from. The shipping times on their website are very unclear even with typos. I emailed them to let them know that I was confused about the shipping times and I need to receive my order by a certain date weeks in the future. They told me I would not receive it in time but they would not cancel the order or expedite even if you pay extra. Nor would they change my order from custom to regular and they don’t take returns. Totally unreasonable. Dishonorable companies like this should be put out of business immediately. No wonder they have such terrible reviews! Stay away!

Horrible company, cheap product and even worse customer service. Said it would be a 3 week shipment timeframe. Three weeks rolls around and no notification the item has shipped. I reach out and they apologize for the delay, no explanation or even an option to cancel the order at this point. Product arrives and is absolutely horrible, cheap quality. For almost $100 on a necklace I’d expect better than what I can find a Claire’s. Reached out about a return and was told I was out of luck. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
