BaubleBarReviews of baublebar.com

I love BaubleBar!!! The jewelry is on trend and reasonably priced I don't know why you'd have to think twice!!! I love my micro pave ear crawlers!!! I get compliments on them whenever I wear them!!! I had no issues with my order...not sure what all of the other fuss is about!!!

Good quality jewelry that's worth the price! They have absolutely gorgeous pieces that are amazing in person. I love the way the present there items to you with tissue paper and a cute green envelope! They also give you travel bags for each piece! They have great customer service (even through email) that reply quickly and answer your questions. They also give it a personal touch so you feel like you are talking to a person not a computer! Recently I received a broken item (tried to fix but couldn't fix because the medal they use is super strong) and they claimed they shipped a new one and I should return the other. Turns out the lady forgot and so she shipped my replacement necklace, a beautiful complimentary necklace, and her apology letter. This company has really great ethics and I HAVE to purchase a baubble like every month!

I'm in love with Baublebar. I made my first purchase one week ago, and my second today. I just can't resist. The products are trendy, durable and exciting. Plus, the shipping was incredibly fast, and I really enjoyed the hand-written note accompanying my purchase. Looking forward to all future baubles!

I love purchasing from BaubleBar.com!!! I love wearing their jewelry and the free shipping is a nice perk. I did have one necklace that broke and so I contacted the Customer Service department. Nikki at the BaubleBar SWAT team was very helpful and sent me the directions to return my necklace to get repaired. It took about a week and when I received the repaired necklace back she also included some cute, stud earrings that matched the necklace as a nice surprise! I definitely would recommend BaubleBar to anyone looking for wonderful jewelry to wear!!!

One of the necklaces I ordered from Baublebar brome the first time I wore it. I emailed them and within an hour and with 2 simple emails they had shipped me a replacement. So helpful and pleasant to deal with. And every piece I've ordered from them is wonderful.

This brand has gone above and beyond my expectations, from customer service, to products and packaging they have it all. My mother in law ordered me two necklaces for my birthday and one came broken in the mail, so I emailed baublebar and asked about it. Not only were they quick to respond, but they did not make me go through the hassle of shipping my necklace back. They gave me in-store credit and even helped me pick out a new necklace. When my new bauble bar necklace arrived I got a free "welcome to baublebar" dainty necklace, a handwritten note from one of the specialists, and ANOTHER super cute free necklace. I am extremely pleased with this brand. I will definitely order from them again and again. It is hard to come around good customer service like them!

I just received my first order from Baublebar. What got me first was the packaging, it's so pretty and feels like you just got a gift. The item I ordered, some earrings was prettier than the photos and the quality was very good for the reasonable prices. I need more jewelry like I need a hole in the head but I can't resist so I will be back for more and I also think this is a great place to get gifts for friends because of the adorable packaging.

Without fail every time I wear a BaubleBar piece I receive compliments! They have a great selection of trendy and classic jewelry at such affordable prices. It's such a small thing but I love the little pouches the jewelry comes in - makes it easy for me to store and travel with. Their customer support is quick & super helpful. The guest bartender collections always have the cutest picks - probably one of my favorite things about BaubleBar. The site is clean and easy to navigate and it helps to see the instagram posts of the products. I've enjoyed watching BaubleBar's growth & excited to see where they will go!
