BaubleBarReviews of baublebar.com

I love all the products I've ordered from BaubleBar but am especially obsessed with custom large tote. Had the best time picking all my patches, and now all my friends are ordering too. Customer service is wonderful (thanks for your help Chani!) and the products are such great quality. Can't recommend BaubleBar enough :)

Some of the best customer service I have received. Tiffany was so helpful in helping me with a broken product. I had a lack of information since it was a gift but she was patient and kind the entire time. She fixed the situation quite quickly. She reflects the company quite well and happy I received the help I did.

I received a bracelet that I LOVED! Sadly after just a few weeks part of the bracelet came undone and fell off. I sent a photo of the issue on a Sunday, not expecting a reply. I got one! Then Monday I received another email saying the replacement was processed and should be shipped by XX (they provided a target date). Thank you, Chani, for your help! Wonderful customer service experience despite a faulty product.

Brittney in customer service helped me resolve a problem with a bracelet. She was fast, efficient and resolved my problem. I have purchased many items from BaubleBar for myself and family and this is my first problem. I will continue to be a customer - love their product and customer service.

Chani was very helpful in making prompt adjustments to my order.

Great quality and easy trade out for a size. Also, needed customer service for an issue and they were super speedy, friendly and gave me the solution that met MY needs! So appreciate that in this day and age. I will continue to shop there heavily. Thank you!

Jeg fik mango tango og det smager super godt. Sidder og drikker lige nu

Great customer service experience. I had an issue with an order's delivery date, and it was efficiently resolved.
