Buyer beware. Really disappointed with bauble bar. I ordered a gift last week and paid for expedited shipping so it would arrive in time for my friend’s 40th birthday — only to learn it won’t even ship until next month. Why offer expedited shipping if the item isn’t available to ship? The customer service experience made it worse — Tiffany showed no empathy and kept placing blame instead of acknowledging that the process was unclear. Such a letdown for what should’ve been a special gift.

Never received my order. Delivery was supposed to have happened...was home at the time...no package received. There is no process for reporting. No way to contact the company.

I ordered some jewelry as a gift for someone and unfortunately it did not arrive (lost or stolen i assume). I filled out a form and explained what had happened and received an email stating my claim had been approved and that I would receive a refund/replacement for the order. They then emailed me stating they could only give me a discount code for the amount I paid, despite the email I received stating I'd receive my refund. I don't plan on buying from them again and explained that the order was a gift I had needed by a specific date. This is extremely shady practice and I'd advise buyers to beware. I will update my review if the problem is solved

Very poor quality. I would not suggest purchases from BaubleBar. You can go to Michael's, Hobby Lobby, or Walmart to make a bracelet ten times cheaper than this garbage. The bracelets are also very small. They can't possibly be intended for an adult woman unless they are marketing to extremely skinny people. By the way, I'm not even 120 pounds with a very small wrist and it barely fits me. It does not fit the average woman who is typically much bigger than I am. They got an easy $112 out of me but NEVER again.

although i spent $244 on 4 items that were sooo pretty, the quality was not at all what i was expecting especially for the price point so based on this first and last experience, i will not be a returning customer and even wish i could get my money back. the best i can describe the quality would be as good as Shein jewelry and if this review helps you save your money then im totally fine with that

I bought my 4 year old niece a set of bracelets. They broke after an hour. She lives in a different state and by the time I got them back from her mom in the mail, the window to return the item had past. An hour. For $15. Will never buy anything from them ever again. Quality is junk.

I purchased custom Mickey ears that my grand daughter designed in July 6th. Two weeks later nothing… I send bauble a message x2, the first customer care person At least gave me some hope that I would get a shipping confirmation by July 22. The second one said I will not get a shipping confirmation until the end of the week. This translates that my granddaughter will be let down. The shipping information should be more specific. 1000’s of dollars worth of jewelry purchased. EVERY SINGLE piece turned copper after a couple days of wearing. Horrible quality! So very disappointed with this company. As such a large company with a huge following, you would think they would fix this problem. I will never purchase from them again. Everything is trash. Too bad because a lot of these items were gifts. It’s embarrassing and my friends/family just think I bought them cheap stuff. Baublebar fix your quality. I would give negative 5 if I could.
