BaubleBarReviews of baublebar.com

I ordered a few pieces of jewelry and some of the custom Christmas ornaments. Love them all! I had an issue with a bracelet and contacted customer service and Latasia was super helpful and followed up several times to make sure that everything was ok. I ended up resolving the issue myself but she was super helpful and friendly!

Amazing customer service!

Ordered the wrong custom phone case size and was able to get my order canceled in time! Already have my new one ordered! Shoutout to Abby for helping me with my mistake! Easily one of the smoothest customer service interactions ive ever had.

Best customer service! This is the kind of customer service that I give and total value of standing behind the products! Bravo Baublebar!

I had a custom order come in incorrect and when I emailed customer service they responded very promptly and resolved my issue. Super fast and easy, thank you!

Very friendly support team that responded within the hour to my concerns and successfully resolved them. As someone who’s worked retail, I’m very impressed!

All their products are so cute and reasonably priced, not to mention A+ customer service. I had a few stones missing from a bracelet that I ordered. I sent an email right away and all the responses were from customer service were quick and I soon had a replacement order in process. Many companies I feel like it is days before I hear back via email if there is not a phone line.

Beautiful jewelry and great customer service! Thanks Abby, you’re the best! Thanks so much for your kindness and making this customer happy! My nieces will be so excited!
