Excellent product and even better customer service! The items I purchased as a holiday gift for my daughter were stunning & exactly what was shown online. Shipping was quick and easy. Unfortunately, the items were not exactly what she wanted so we returned them. The return process was sooooo easy & hassle/stress free. Now-a-days I feel like customers are made to feel guilty for even trying to ask to return a product but not with BB. Everyone I was in contact with were helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Thank you to Latasia and Malachi for assisting me! I even got my refund to my CC the same day!
