Great customer service! I had an issue with an order I submitted and they helped fix it within 30 minutes! And fun products that are good quality.

I had an issue with a product I ordered, and the customer care team responded to my email immediately and resolved the issue with a replacement product. It was quick, painless, and wonderful to know that the company stands behind it's products -- it makes me want to be a repeat customer.

Carley in Customer Service is exceptional! I dropped an earring and unfortunately, it broke. I reached out via the help link and Carley responded immediately. I was offered a refund replacement! Chose replacement and I received confirmation immediately! Amazing! Great products too! Thank you Carley!

First, let me start by saying what a beautiful bracelet I have. I was disappointed when I saw that it broke. This was the first time I've purchased from them. I emailed at 4:20 pm PST. The replacement was created and emailed receipt by 4:29!!! If that doesn't show how amazing the customer service was, then I don't know what to tell you. Thank you Tiffany for making this the eaiset thing I've ever had to do. 10 out of 10 Highly recommended!
