Such great customer service! Accidentally had the wrong address in for my order and reached out to the customer care team. They got back to me within 20 minutes to change my address! So awesome, highly recommend.

Amazing customer service! My necklace broke after 2 months and they sent a new one immediately.

I purchased some jewelry for my 7-year old daughter, and the first time she wore one of the necklaces the magnet clasp fell out rendering it unwearable. I emailed them to see if there was a way to fix it; they replied within an hour and gave me a refund for the necklace because it has since sold out. There’s nothing I appreciate more than exceptional customer service!!

Fantastic customer service! I had an issue with a bracelet that I ordered arriving missing a stone. The response when initially I emailed was almost instant. When Clara took over responding she was wonderful and extremely helpful. It was like emailing with a friend. Everything was resolved very quickly and I couldn’t be happier! 10/10 customer service.
