I was ordering individual initial bracelets for a girls party. I thought I had covered all the initials. I sent the order. Five minutes later I remembered I did not order one bracelet for a very special friend. I could not leave her out. But I also did not want to pay the shipping on one when I just ordered 14. I contacted the customer service department and within minutes they responded to my email. They told me to place the order and they would credit my account for the shipping. Which was absolutely fine with me. That’s exactly what I wanted. Their response time and how they detailed how the credit would come back onto my account was exceptional and I know all my girlfriends will love the bracelet.
