I really like the uniqueness and designs of the jewelry they sell, but the quality is lacking. For the price, I expected the items I purchased to be pretty close to top notch. I have bought a few items from Baublebar through Nordstrom and the Baublebar website. The earrings I get are always full of sparkle, which I love. Here are the negatives: some of the rhinestones or pearls are missing on the earrings on arrival, the clasps on the hoops don't close, the color of the gold fades easily, and the embellishments are glued on crooked- not looking like the photos displayed on their website. Baublebar is not consumer friendly. They sent me an email, requesting a review of the first set of earrings that I purchased from their website. I left an honest review about how beautiful the earrings were but disappointed in their construction of the earrings. Baublebar did not release that review to be public, nor did they reach out to me to reconcile the problem that I had with the earrings. And it's funny, that I reordered the same earrings and did not get invited to review my item the second time. Interesting. If you buy from them, go to the store so you can see the item and not have to wait days to get it just to send it back because it's flawed. And also get it while it is on sale, because it is not worth full price.. barely worth sale price!
