I had an issue with a piece of jewelry I bought from BaubleBar recently. I emailed their customer service and Devin got back to me within a few hours. Devin was super helpful and offered me a few different ways to resolve the issue. Prompt, excellent customer service. I feel comfortable ordering from BaubleBar again in the future.

I had an awesome experience with customer care! Specifically Malachi. I just had got a necklace and I was taking it off before getting into water and the chain broke right at the clasp. I reached out to customer care and they were very quick to answer and send a replacement free of charge!
