Amazing customer service, super easy to work with and very nice, I’m thankful to have a refreshing experience with customer service!

The jewelry I ordered is beautiful. Prices are reasonable and the quality is spectacular. The associates were more than helpful.

I had purchased a ring less than a week ago and unfortunately some of the stones had fallen out. I reached out and was almost instantly replied back to by Devin! She was super helpful, kind and quick with responses and helping me get a replacement ring! Will definitely continue to purchase from BaubleBar!

This place is awesome. Got back with me immediately and took care of my issue. Thank you so much.

After discovering a mistake on my order, I contacted customer service via email. I received a response from Jamie who immediately checked my order and initiated a replacement.

I necklace I purchased broke (the chain broke) after having it for a week. It was a very dainty chain. I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive and apologetic. I was issued a replacement right away and also offered a refund if that is what I preferred. I am very pleased with the experience especially since it was a sale/final sale item.

Beautiful jewelry, affordable prices, great customer service

I purchased a bracelet recently and it broke about a week later ! However I sent a couple pictures to their CS department and within minutes I got a response they ultimately sent out a replacement that day. Malachi was such a delight
