I just received my necklace and i LOVE it. I had reached out to Tiffany in customer service and she replies instantly to my request. I had asked when would my necklace come? She said around 2/25 I would receive notice of shipment. Its 2/25 and I received my necklace. Again I love it and will continue to order from them.

My order came on time, however, one set of earrings were broken. I immediately contacted customer service and they were awesome! They completely refunded that portion of my purchase and told me no need to even send the broken ones back. Their customer service department was the best.
