AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! My Mom ordered some rings from Baublebar in 2020 for my birthday. I really liked them but kinda not my style. Reached out to customer service and they immediately issued me a credit for the full amount of the return. Then the pandemic. And the world shut down. And I was distracted with other things. Sort of forgot about my credit. Recently I was scrolling Facebook and saw the most beautiful Baublebar ad for some of their new Spring 2025 pieces. Two necklaces I HAD to have. Then I remembered I have a credit. But it’s been five years. Will they remember. Will they honor. I sent my email from 2020 to customer at Baublebar and Devin responded within minutes with a new checkout code for me to use. Order is placed. I will be patiently checking my mailbox for the next few days. Such a beautiful experience. Such beautiful pieces. Thank you Devin!!

My latest contact with BaubleBar was with the customer service department; the responsiveness was outstanding. It is rare these days to actually get customer service representatives who truly care. I cannot speak highly enough of the prompt replies I got from Kara and from Tiffany. It speaks volumes about a company when they treat they customers with courtesy.
