I ordered a letter initial necklace for my daughter’s 12th birthday. I received the box today and excitedly opened it up. Sadly there wasn’t a necklace inside. I emailed BaubleBar right away letting them know what happened and within minutes Tiffany from BaubleBar messages back and assists me. Her kindness and compassion was so appreciated and within 30 minutes she had another necklace shipped to me. Things happen and sometimes orders get messed up. I understand and I appreciate Tiffany’s willingness to make things right and help make Kali’s 12th birthday special with this necklace I ordered!
