Bracelets are super tiny! The only reason I ordered was the $10 sale. My bracelets are cute but sized to fit a child. I blame myself because the measurements said just under 7inches but I thought there would be enough stretch. Not at all! I plan to give them to a niece. I would not recommend

Here’s the thing I didn’t even notice the lack of reviews on their website until I wanted to review mine, I just assumed they were new but apparently not The candy cane earrings I immediately saw and wanted BUT for the life of me I don’t understand how any human can wear these, the double loop design is snug so much so that the meat of your ears have no where to go but be insufferably squished. So unless you have super skinny ears don’t bother, what a waste

Two pieces ruined. Had time get a refund. Gems messed up or fallen out.

Ordered a few times before. This past order, they sent me charms that were missing stones. I recieved a replacement that was also missing stones. Allegedly, I paid only $4 per charm but the math does not add up.

The communication for orders are lacking especially when there is a significant delay. It would be great if their team was proactive in reaching out.

Too small. Wouldn't last long.

I ordered the gold necklace with charms and it is so fake looking, almost a neon yellow. I am so disappointed as I have always loved their pieces. I contacted them and I am unable to return "special order" items.

I had an order back in August and I’ve loved the jelly bracelet, but unfortunately the bracelet just broke. I haven’t worn it very many times and the rest of it is in good shape. The plastic just snapped. Very disappointed. Customer service was willing to give me a 15% but the website was having 20% for custom Jewelry. Haha so that does really help.
