I placed an order on the website and, after submitting it, discovered I missed an item. I emailed customer service and Brittney responded almost immediately. She was super kind and quick to offer a refund of shipping on my 2nd purchase. Product can generally be found anywhere but Brittney’s excellent customer service will keep me coming back to Baublebar!

When I received my bead kit, I noticed that some pieces might be missing. I emailed the help line, and Kara got back to me right away. She was able to ship the missing pieces and I should receive them very soon! Very thankful for her help, friendliness and quick response.

What a wonderful experience I had with Kara and Chana from the baublebar customer service team. I needed a gift shipped to a different address then originally intended. Have been a loyal BB customer forever. Products are pricy but hold up really well in my opinion. I had a problem with my custom order and Morgan, a Customer Care Associate, resolved my issue QUICKLY and to my satisfaction! I emailed about it last night and the issue was handled within the hour of receiving my first email back this morning at 8am. Great customer service!!!
