I simply love Baublebar! Their jewelry is beautiful and at a price point that makes it fun to purchase all the pieces you like. They also have an excellent customer service team, especially Jamie who is quick to respond and empowered to assist. Shop here and you will be happy you did!!

Always love what I receive from BaubleBar and very rarely have issues. When I do, I am well taken care of. One of the custom bracelets I ordered for a friend broke not long after I gave it to her. I emailed support and Morgan was very quick to offer a replacement. Super happy with quality and support.

Tiffany provided excellent customer service on a bracelet that was a gift over a year ago.

Andrea with customer service was invaluable in helping me get a replacement after losing a stone in my tennis bracelet. I love the bracelet and Bauble Bar! Thank you Andrea for the help!

I bought an item on a gift card which ended up not working for me. There was an expiration issue with my card. I asked an agent, Andrea, to help expedite my return. She did! I received an immediate refund the day they got my return. Andrea made me a customer of Bauble Bar forever. The pendant I purchased was too heavy for me but gorgeous! You can trust these people!
