I bought a custom phone case and absolutely love it!! However I noticed only a few days after I received it, clear film was coming off of the lettering. I reached out to support and got Andrea who helped me out so much. She was quick and responsive to me, and she informed me this happens as it is excess film from manufacturing.

I had an issue with my order and emailed support. Morgan responded quickly, was apologetic, and offered multiple options to rectify the issue. Once I provided direction on what I wanted to do, she was on top of it and sending me a replacement! I am super happy with the level of customer service, unfortunately that’s hard to find these days!

BaubleBar has a hold on me with their Disney collection, it's seriously a problem (in the best way)! I recently ordered some Disney earrings, but unfortunately, they arrived damaged and missing a backing. I reached out and ended up working with Chani, who was absolutely AMAZING! I had a little hiccup with their return site, and she jumped in right away to help me out. Thanks to Chani’s fantastic support (and the irresistible Disney items), BaubleBar has definitely earned me as a loyal customer! Thank you, Chani! :)
