Ready to purchase and signed up for the new customer 10% off by providing my email and phone number, waited, waited, and waited. Finally emailed cs, and Tiffany told me I'd need to wait 24 hrs. I was used to getting the code almost immediately and was disappointed. I went ahead and ordered and after I had expressed my disappointment, Tiffany said she would refund my 10% - this was much appreciated. :)

As a first time customer I wasn’t sure what to expect when my order arrived with a piece missing. I sent an email and was shocked with an almost immediate reply and resolution to my issue. Excellent customer service! Kara, Amelia, and Tiffany are the best. They responded quickly, and easily solved my problem. I’ll be a return customer for sure. I’m also very pleased with the quality of the bead kits I ordered. My daughter and I are having so much fun with them.
