I had originally cancelled the order and was told it was cancelled and I was refunded - but then I got the jewelry! I reached out to customer care and Andrea was wonderful helping me sort things out. I ended up keeping the jewelry and she helped me with that as well - always polite and quick to respond. I would give five stars but they did ship what they said was cancelled and while the jewelry is very pretty I am not thrilled with the clasps. They feel a bit inexpensive. I do like them tho, so kept them. Great customer service by Andrea!!!!

The charms and chain are OK for young adults. I'm sure the 'gold' color won't last long, but it's a cute, personal gift for the right age group. I ordered a chain with three charms as a highschool graduation gift. And a gift box. I mistakenly had it sent to me--actually a good mistake since it was packaged so poorly. If you pay online for a gift box, SEND THE ITEM IN THE GIFT BOX! While the box itself is attractive, the necklace comes in a small plastic bag--not very appealing for a nice gift....pretty tacky. Presentation is important, and I'm glad the recipient didn't receive it this way. It does not look as expensive as the almost $100 I paid.

Customer service replied very quickly and gave an update on shipping time.

I appreciate all the help the good folks at Baublebar provided me, they listened and went above and beyond for me, thank you. Plus the items Baublebar has on their site are diffently different and very nice, things my loved ones love! Thank you to Chani for making me feel like I matter.

Had to replace my necklace cause it broke. Giving it 4 stars since my necklace broke but very happy with the costumer service and they sent me a replacement. Jamie was super helpful!

They are very prompt in helping and assisting their customers about getting the sent back parcel.

Great Customer Service! There seemed to be a delay in my order and I was worried the earrings wouldn’t make it in time. I placed the order 5 days before I needed them with rush shipping. They arrived in 3 business days but I wasn’t getting updates in tracking my order and it seemed like the order was late. Turns out it arrived on time and FedEx tracking was delayed. No fault of Baublebar. Kara responded to my email quickly and was able to investigate the location of my order (it was in my mail room). The earrings are heavy but SO CUTE!
